New paper accepted at IEEE BIBM 2016

Good news arrived during the week-end. We are pleased announce that our research paper: “A computationally inferred regulatory heart aging model including post-transcriptional regulations” authored by  G. Politano, F. Logrand, M. Brancaccio, and S. Di Carlo as been accepted as a regular paper for oral presentation at the 2016 IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (IEEE BIBM 2016). IEEE BIBM was very competitive this year. There were 361 research paper submissions and only 19% were accepted. This paper presents the preliminary results of a study developed in collaboration with the University of Turin in the framework of the MIND project to build cardiac senescence models. For those attending the conference don’t miss the presentation. Slides and paper will be available on sybio.polito.it starting from December 18th. Stefano Di CARLO
