Two weeks ago we had the honor to present the results of our work on: “A computationally inferred regulatory heart aging model including post-transcriptional regulations” authored by G. Politano, F. Logrand, M. Brancaccio, and S. Di Carlo at the 2016 IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (IEEE BIBM 2016).
BIBM 2016 was a great success, close to 400 participants from more than 30 countries gathered at Shenzhen to present their research works and exchange ideas. Our session was full of attendees. I want to thank my colleague Gianfranco Politano for the great job done presenting the paper and creating interest in our work. Hopefully, new collaborations will follow this presentation.
The paper will be soon available on IEEE Xplore. In the meanwhile if you are interested we are happy to share with you the slides of our presentation.
As a first result of this presentation we are happy to announce that we have been invited to submit an extended version of our work to Methods.
We have several new results to report in this extended work. If you are interested keep following our website, we will announce when the paper will be published.
